To place an order with Tradeasia, you must first have an active account and receive a formal quotation from one of our sales representatives.
Once your account is confirmed, you can use confirm the quotation sent to you on Tradeasia Portal to submit your purchase order online quickly and conveniently. Alternatively, you can place orders by contacting us via cs@tradeasia.com or whatsapp here.
Once your order shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and shipment details.

Tradeasia supports several payment options includingLetter of Credit, Telegraphic Transfer and Documentary Collection through bank. If you have questions about how your payment method is set up or need assistance with invoicing procedures, please get in touch with our Credit Team at (+62) 815-1966-4683 or cs@tradeasia.com.
You can request a quote by chatting live with our Sales Team during regular business hours. If you’re new to Tradeasia or are unsure who your account representative is, you can submit your request using our online inquiry form. If you already have a MyTradeasia account, you also have the option to submit a “Get Help” request for new product inquiries directly through the portal.
If you need a COA for your shipment, you can request it through our Customer Service Team. We also offer the option to send COAs automatically by email once your order has shipped. Let your representative or support specialist know if you'd like to enable this service.
Additionally, you can download the COA yourself by logging into your MyTradeasia account and navigating to the relevant order details page.
