You can request a quote by filling the RFQ Form on our website. Alternatively, you can chat live with our Sales Team during regular business hours on our website.
If you haven’t purchased from Tradeasia before, simply call us at (+62) 815-1966-4683 or email cs@tradeasia.com to start the account setup process. We’ll need basic details such as your physical and mailing addresses, as well as primary contact information to be filled on the KYC Form. Depending on your needs, our Sales Team may ask for additional information to complete the registration.

Please follow the steps below to be set up as a Tradeasia customer:
1. Contact a Tradeasia Sales Representative to discuss the product(s) you're interested in
2. Complete the Tradeasia KYC Form that you will receive from your Tradeasia Sales Representative
3. Please send Tradeasia any documents which requested to be reviewed by Tradeasia
4. Once your account has been registered, our team will inform you accordingly.
