You can request a quote by chatting live with our Sales Team during regular business hours. If you’re new to Tradeasia or are unsure who your account representative is, you can submit your request using our online inquiry form. If you already have a MyTradeasia account, you also have the option to submit a “Get Help” request for new product inquiries directly through the portal.
If you haven’t purchased from Tradeasia before, simply call us at (+62) 815-1966-4683 or email cs@tradeasia.com to start the account setup process. We’ll need basic details such as your physical and mailing addresses, as well as primary contact information to be filled on the KYC Form. Depending on your needs, our Sales Team may ask for additional information to complete the registration.
You can email your tax documentation directly to the Tradeasia Tax Team at cs@tradeasia.com. If you know your Tradeasia account ID, please include it in the message to help us process your documents efficiently.

Terms & Conditions
Please follow the steps below to be set up as a Tradeasia customer:
1. Contact a Tradeasia Sales Representative to discuss the product(s) you're interested in
2. Complete the Tradeasia KYC Form that you will receive from your Tradeasia Sales Representative
3. Please send Tradeasia any documents which requested to be reviewed by Tradeasia
4. Once your account has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email
